The postcard mapping project.

This project was one I did in Tenerife whilst on Erasmus, I have a habit of collecting leaflets from galleries, museums, exhibitions and everywhere else... a lot, and keeping them,so instead of just hanging on to them because "they might come in handy one day"  I wanted to find a way to use these in combination with found papers, my favourite being the layered papers of old posters that fall off billboards, and as I was traveling the idea of postcards made sense. I made these and posted them all over the world after asking on Facebook who would like one. I tried to match the works to the people they were going to, in some cases making them specifically for that person. I documented the project on an interactive map.
